a. All orders placed through our website are subject to our acceptance, which we may withhold or delay at our sole discretion.
b. We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason, including but not limited to unavailability of products or services, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity.
c. Payment for online orders must be made using a valid credit or debit card or through our cash on delivery option for registered customers only.
d. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or any other violation of our terms and conditions.

Table Reservations

a. Table reservations must be made through our website and are subject to availability.
b. We reserve the right to cancel any table reservation at our sole discretion, including but not limited to unavailability of tables or suspected fraudulent activity.
c. You agree to arrive at the reserved time for your table and to vacate the table at the end of the reservation time.
d. We reserve the right to charge a fee for any no-show or cancellation of a table reservation.

Intellectual Property

a. All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Moorni or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
b. You may not use or reproduce any content from our website without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

a. We will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from any interruption, suspension, or termination of our website or services.

Governing Law

a. These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
b. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from our online takeaway. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange for certain items.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for the following:

Items that have been consumed, opened, or used

Gift cards

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of the purchase date. We will require proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email, receipt, or invoice.

Once we receive your request and the necessary documentation, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 days. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
